This is why every car supplied by Big Motoring World had passed a multi-point mechanical and safety check, backed up with a 3 month Driver Care warranty as standard. Our Big Assist Protect provides premium cover for up to 36 months with no claims limit and unlimited claims throughout the duration.
Use your activation code provided at the time of purchase and your registration number to install and use the app to view details and access features:
- Profile
- Vehicle details, including MOT and Warranty Expiry
- Report a fault with your vehicle
- Receive real-time messages about your claim
- Find available garages
- Navigation assistance to your nearest garage
- Breakdown assistance
- Renew your warranty directly through the app

Can’t report a fault
The app will not allow you to report a fault. It says there’s a connection problem. The “24/7” warranty assistance is actually Monday to Friday 9-5. So if you have an issue on a Friday evening, 2 hours after you purchase the car, like I did then when you do finally get through to the emergency line, they will tell you to wait till Monday. Out of hours you can hold for emergencies but there’s no telephone queuing system so if someone doesn’t pick up, it says no one is available and to call back later. Incredibly frustrating especially after spending so much money on a vehicle for it to have engine issues after 2 hours!!
Unable to submit car issue
App keeps on saying to check my connection so I cannot submit a fault with the gearbox (that has appeared 3 weeks after purchasing the car). No other obvious way to submit the issue which means I have to call up and deal with the less then helpful support staff over the phone.
There is one main function and it is not working
They sell this extra warranty service and tell you how easy to report any fault on your car. This application only have this single function at all, to be able to report any fault on your car and it is not working. Rubbish!
