More listings detail needed upfront

I love the Twickets system, it’s great. However, please could you consider adding some more detail on the initial pages and alerts? As it stands, you have to click on “buy” to see the detail - eg. for a festival listing with multiple types of tickets (such as “camping” “day pass” “boutique camping” “live-in vehicle”) it would be more useful to see what type of tickets the listing includes (rather than “multiple price bands”) before clicking “buy”. It’s annoying to have to go clicking backwards and forwards just to see this info. Also, after clicking “buy” for on one of the listings, then seeing it’s not what I want, then going back to a long list of listings, could the ones I’ve already looked at be indicated somehow? It’s hard to keep track! Thanks for considering this.

Brilliant service, terrible app

I’ve used Twickets to buy and sell loads, as a service it’s great. But I always use the website. The app is so dated - it’s 2019 and they still don’t have iPhone X screen size support - and the UX is appalling. By default the screen shows you all tickets posted today, regardless of when that concert is or it having any relevance to you. To search for an event takes about 50 clicks, as you have to go into a filters view, enter the event name, click a few more times to add relevant venue and dates. Then for some reason it still lists tickets by most recently added - so the tickets that have been waiting to sell the longest are actually the furthest down the list, and you cannot change this sorting to something more useful like order by event date, or (ideally) ticket price. It’s baffling. Try and search for “!!!” to get ChkChkChk tickets though and you’ll get about 4 error alerts instead. Then, when you leave the app it retains the filters, so the next time you load the app you’re hit with a blank screen, which somehow feels worse than the random list of events, and you have to go back into the filters, clear them and start again. It’s the design work of a mad person, and it’s been like this for years. Please please do something about it 🙏🏻

Great concept, frustrating usability.

The idea is great, Twickets is great, but alas the app is pants and the website not much better. It has really poor UI/UX. A lot of it makes no sense, like I make an offer and it says I will get an update on whether the seller has accepted or not, but I get nothing and there is seemingly no way of seeing the result of an offer or even whether an offer has successfully been made at all on either the app or website. So then you worry about buying or making an offer on another ticket because you have no idea if your old offer is about to be accepted. Also I just want to see a list of events in London in chronological order, or even better a calendar view of the next 30 days with filters to filter out things like sports or musicals. Again doesn’t seem difficult but apparently it is for Twickets. Good concept, frustrating usability.
