I really like the app, it makes me feel safer when out for runs and out at work travelling around the country my partner or parents can track me and i often do get delayed and having them check in on me because i didn’t make it to a place when i said i would is so comforting. Have been telling my boss to get it for us when we are out alone! Thank you

It is a good app to keep track of certain areas and what's going on social know whether one place is potentially a bit more safe than others. I like we can keep track if friends/family got home or to their destination safely. We can also put up certain icon to alert on safety issues, although there should be many more options to choose from in my opinion. I do also thin that we should be able to add in safe places too. So far all I've seen are police stations and fire stations. Would be good to add in more like local 24hr supermarkets or restaurants,etc. The app needs to market/promote itself better though as it could/should be used worldwide.

So I recently downloaded this app as I was interested in how it works. One thing that I would be interested to know is, Would using this app make someone feel more safe or more anxious about walking around areas showing recent crime and poor lighting? Surely it would cause someone to overthink? Also. I found inaccuracies within it. Showing a police station in wrong location. In my opinion, I can’t see this app lasting or doing well. I really hope it does for all the effort and the meaning behind it. All the best to the designers, owners, users and walkers !

Since downloading WalkSafe with my friends & family we’ve all agreed we have more peace of mind now compared to the times of having to call & call someone because they didn’t message you when they got home. Being able to see what’s happened in new places helps me feel more confident when planning a journey or trip too.
