Our new app has everything you need to get around Southampton with Unilink. It’s packed full of everything you’ll need to get mobile on the bus.
Mobile Tickets: Purchase mobile tickets securely with Apple Pay or a debit/credit card and show the driver when boarding - no more searching for cash!
Live Departures: Browse and view bus stops on the map, explore upcoming departures, or check out the routes from a stop to see where you could travel next.
Journey Planning: Plan your journey to uni, trip to the shops or night out with friends. It’s now even easier to plan ahead with Unilink.
Timetables: We’ve squeezed all of our routes and timetables into the palm of your hand.
Favourites: You can quickly save your favourite Departure Boards, Timetables and Journeys, with quick access from one convenient menu.
Disruptions: You’ll be able to keep up to date with service changes directly from our disruption feeds inside the app.

Tickets transferred successfully
Was able to login by creating a new account with the same email as Click2Ride. It took a little for my tickets to appear but they are available now. Thanks to support team for advice!

You need to create a new account, if you have tickets to transfer over use the same email address. Once you have done this go into your ticket wallet where you will be sent an email to verify your account. Once this has been completed your tickets will transfer across. ^SD Fantastic to hear, thanks for the great feedback :)
Great service
Getting around Southampton couldn’t be easier.
App tries to charge you twice
I paid for multi trips on app but everytime I activate the ticket and hold it under the reader it automatically brings up Apple Pay and tries to charge me twice. The express pay on my Apple Pay is turned off but the app has the Apple Pay saved as the preferred method with no option to remove it
