Meditation resources very limited

I used the former HA app which had a greater number of guided meditation exercises. But only sleep meditation exercises are shown in the Wisdom version of the app. You can find some, but not all, of the previous app’s meditation exercises if you do specific word searches eg ‘sky like mind’ (one of the exercises) or ‘meditation’. Please can all
meditation exercises on the app be shown in the meditation resources section of the Wisdom app rather than having to do specific searches, and can all the previous meditation exercises be included

Not useable via phone

At first the app looks really promising.
Looks clean, has a mood tracker and other health trackers (if you don’t use them already), and clear signposting to various resources.

The main thing I benefit from is guided meditations and breathing exercises, which they have; however if I access this on my phone after 30 secs the app closes with my phone as the standard battery saving mode comes on. So the app is not designed to stay open like other applications do such when you are listening/watching (Spotify,YouTube,headspace etc) I will not be changing my phone settings for this app, so this app was completely pointless from my EAP.

Good support

This app has helped me to work my way through grief and trauma and given great support with the 24/7 councillors at the end of the phone the meditation and sleep sessions took me from no sleep to 5 to 6 hours a night which helped with my energy levels to do my job through the day, a brilliant team thank you
