One of the gifts of lockdown
This yoga app has, quite simply, changed my life.
I am a working mum with very little time for myself, and when lockdown hit I was at burnout from a very busy life. As a Play Therapist I have continued to go out to work through the pandemic and, early on, knew I had no choice but to tackle my mental and physical health in order to get through, as I was at rock bottom.
I discovered Hannah on Instagram and connected with her warm style and exceptional knowledge of how the body works.
I decided to try out the app for the flexibility of being able to practise when I want, around my work and my children. And it is now the cornerstone of my self-care programme. It’s beautiful looking, easy to navigate and has a huge variety of content. I mainly focus on the challenges as they are so varied and fun. There is always such a lovely mix of slow, contemplative and challenging, strong practises. I often feel tears rolling down my cheeks during my shavasana as the readings seem to be just what I need to hear and, in the stronger practises, Hannah’s cues have resulted in many ah-ha! moments for me.
I feel the strongest I have ever felt, both mentally and physically, and I absolutely know that I take my time on the mat with me into my daily life. Thank you x

The Best Yoga App
I’ve been doing yoga off and on for a few years and love a live class when that is possible. But under the current circumstances zoom and apps have been my yoga classes and this app has been my best find. The classes are varied and are suitable for all levels. The app is really well laid out and easy to use with different menus of classes for you to choose from. Hannah’s level of instruction is brilliant and her friendly nature in her classes add to the experience. I love the challenges that are there which definitely improve your strength, flexibility and bring mindfulness into your practice/day. This app has motivated me into a daily practice, I look forward to finding/making that time in my day for my yoga be it a 10 minute meditation or an hour challenging flow. I’ve been using this app since November and I can honestly say my yoga practice is stronger from the instruction and advice given by Hannah.

More than just and app, Hannah is a supportive teacher
The yoga happy app is everything and more than you could possibly want from a yoga app.
Firstly, Hannah is a an amazing teacher. She is so clear and direct with her words that you don’t even have to be looking at the screen to be able to follow. Hannah has a lovely tone to her voice and she’s so easy to listen to, that I fall asleep every night to her wide variety of meditations.
The content on this app keeps you engaged, continuously learning more about yoga and it’s really enjoyable.
One of my favourite sections to the yoga happy app are the different challenges. Some only a few days and others a whole month. This has been fantastic for me when I’ve neglected my yoga practice and I’ve needed a boost and some accountability to kick start my routine again.
Hannah isn’t just a teacher on an app, she becomes your teacher. She is there via social media or email to help with any questions, she cheers you on and is really supportive.
This app has made it possible for me to practice yoga every day. It may only be meditation before bed or it could be a full hours practice. Whatever time you have and what ever you are feeling, there will be some form of practice that will help you on this app.
