All in all a great app, I just want to add that when I’m trying to add a new target/goal, it keeps saying that I have out of date data, then I do the necessary steps to update them and the problem is still there no matter the times I try to fix it.

All in all a great app, I just want to add that when I’m trying to add a new target/goal, it keeps saying that I have out of date data, then I do the necessary steps to update them and the problem is still there no matter the times I try to fix it.

The app works really fluently and is well designed. Although I have noticed a big negative that affects in a huge aspect its use. When you link your NBG account and your credit/debit card with the app you automatically get bits with your payments. But, if it happens that your card expired and then you use a new card, you don’t have a way to add the new card to the app so even if you pay with it, the app doesn’t count it to your progress for bits. The only solution is to apply for a digital next card but it’s not the most convenient thing cause you have to charge it. If the devs fix this, it will be amazing cause it’s actually a really big downside.

Why aren’t the cards recognized across the different apps? I can’t be expected to keep creating hundreds of new cards every time one expires!It would be great if you could fix this issue, because otherwise the app will no longer be as appealing to me. I won’t be able to collect Bits and enjoy the benefits and privileges that the app offers.

Found out about the app through App Store and I can say I have been amazed by the functionalities and features of the app and how close it is to what the new generation likes and expects from their banking app.
