Not Ideal for Small Investors Either

Freedom24 seems promising at first glance, but its fees are just as discouraging for small-scale investing. Between the €0.02 per share + €2 per order, the flat €7 withdrawal fee, and although the currency conversion fee is minimal (~0.005%), the total costs still add up quickly and eat into your gains. Especially for investors starting with small amounts, these “tiny” charges—order fees, per-share commissions, and withdrawal costs—can combine into a significant percentage loss. On initial investments around €100, you could be losing over 10% just in fees. Freedom24 may work better for larger, long-term portfolios where costs dilute, but for beginners or those investing small sums regularly, the platform doesn’t offer competitive value.

Everything goes very slow

Don’t use if u are a daily trader. You deposit with a card now but you get your money after 14 hours and you pay a 2% commission👎. When you set an order and want to cancel it takes ages to cancell an order that hasn’t been processed. Yesterday 7/4/25 I lost a big profit because the markets went wild but the deposit arrived next day, so no money to trade... And the chat support if u don’t trade millions they don’t care much they just copy paste you replies , they don’t even try to understand and resolve your problem. Not good we are in 2025 everything should be instant.

Zero customer service & the slowest transactions among other finance platforms

I have made a transaction and still the deposit it’s not available more than a week after. In the chat 2 days now I can’t not find anyone. In other finance platforms the deposits are instantly appearing in my account. You can find way better platforms with better interest in your deposit account. It’s unacceptable to be that slow in depositing part and in customer service.

- Updated the "Portfolio" tab to make managing your investments even easier. Handy buttons for deposits, currency conversion, and additional features are now within easy reach. Key account and risk information is displayed more clearly, and finding the right asset is easier with the search bar.
- Added a badge showing the number of active orders on the "Orders" tab. Lets you quickly see how many orders are active without opening the tab.
General stability improvements and minor bug fixes. Investing just got even more enjoyable!
