I had made an order and one of my items never arrived even thought I had payed for it . I was constantly calling the number you guys have listed but all lines where out of order . I then went ahead and wrote you guys an email about the refund i so rightfully deserve and it’s almost been a day and I still have not gotten a response . Your store options and different variety is a plus however , the custom service needs to be remodelled as soon as possible. Thank you !!!

I use efood a lot but lately the quality is their services are getting worst and their extra fees and charges become higher. And i will share two examples. I ordered from efood market groceries delivery and selected delivery day Saturday afternoon which had limited capacity but was available. I got charged, and my groceries never arrived at the defined time. Checking on the orders list I saw that the order was rescheduled for Monday morning without a single notification. After talking to their chat support, whist by the way talks informal as we are friends from the hood, they told me that nothing could be done. So I canceled the order. Today I ordered food that was delivered by food and their driver spoke no Greek at all, could not find the address on the gps and we spend 15 minutes on the phone trying to make him understand where the house was. So for me it’s a big no. They overcharge you for any kind of service fee , while they don’t care about their quality of their services.

I used to be a loyal e-food user, but sadly, the overall experience has declined quite a bit. Here are some of the main reasons why:1.Fewer appealing deals: There used to be frequent, genuinely attractive offers. Now, deals are rare or not worth much.2.Higher prices: Most menu prices have increased, likely due to e-food’s high commission fees, which end up being passed onto customers.3.Excessive delivery fees: Delivery charges feel too high and are sometimes applied inconsistently or without clear explanation.4.Misleading promotions: I often receive emails advertising great offers, but when I open the app, the offers have mysteriously disappeared. It feels a bit deceptive.5.Inconsistent delivery service: While some riders are professional, others ignore delivery instructions or seem uninterested in providing good service.6.Poor customer support: My past experiences with support were frustrating—responses felt automated and didn’t address my issues properly. Maybe it’s improved, but I haven’t been motivated to try again.7.Lack of detailed reviews: The review system only shows star ratings without any written feedback, making it hard to judge the quality of a restaurant.These days, I mostly use e-food just to browse restaurants, and then I order directly from the place. It’s usually cheaper, more transparent, and more reliable. I hope e-food works on these issues—because it used to be a really solid platform.

Προσπάθησα επανειλημμένα να επικοινωνήσω με την υποστήριξη, αλλά ήταν σαν να μιλάω σε τοίχο. Κανείς δεν απαντά, κανείς δεν αναλαμβάνει ευθύνη, κανείς δεν ενδιαφέρεται.Η πλατφόρμα σε αφήνει εντελώς εγκλωβισμένο: δεν μπορείς να ακυρώσεις, δεν μπορείς να πάρεις απάντηση, δεν μπορείς να κάνεις τίποτα. Τα χρήματά σου έχουν φύγει και απλά… περιμένεις, χωρίς έλεγχο, χωρίς σεβασμό, χωρίς εξήγηση.Αν αυτό λέγεται “εξυπηρέτηση πελάτη”, τότε έχουμε σοβαρό πρόβλημα. Το e-food αποδεικνύει ότι μόλις γίνει το λάθος, ο πελάτης είναι αόρατος. Απόλυτη απογοήτευση και πλήρης έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού. Δεν το συνιστώ σε κανέναν.By far the worst delivery platform experience I’ve ever had.I’ve been waiting THREE HOURS for my order, with zero proper updates, zero support, and not even the basic option to cancel it. I tried multiple times to contact customer support and got absolutely nothing in return. No answers, no accountability, no interest whatsoever.The platform leaves you completely trapped: you can’t cancel, you can’t get help, you can’t do anything. Your money is gone and you’re just left waiting, with no control, no respect, and no explanation.If this is what “customer service” looks like, then something is seriously wrong. e-food clearly shows that once a problem occurs, the customer becomes invisible. Utterly disappointing and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this to anyone.
This efood version may look the same as the one you already have, but while you’re ordering, it will fix many bugs, it will improve the ordering experience and will make the app work even better.
