Forcing card holders to go digital.
I don't understand this marketing strategy. The act of every store asking customers to download an app in general is annoying. FORCING card holders to forfeit the card is downright inconsiderate. Some people don't bring their phone everywhere. Some don't have smartphone. Or some just don't wanna use an app. Guess you don't care losing those customers.
Membership card doesn't load
Membership card details will not appear, page just keeps loading for ever.
Membership registration email is sent directly into Junk mail in case other members were concerned.
No new version
the shop keep saying my version is old but I can not find the new version in App Store
