An app which other HK apps should look up to!
Reliable app, and great way to find which stores have stocked items
Mediocre
Shopping with Fortress online has been a mixed experience. On the plus they have a good selection and not bad price. The app is easy to use. On the negative the delivery is slow and a few times the delivery driver has claimed no one at home when the drop off has 24 hr security. They also cancel orders randomly after a few days meaning you lead time to get the item extends even further.
Credit card details
Should not automatically marked to save credit card data, it’s not respect to clients own decision as it’s like a trap and be overlooked easily.
Why both Chinese and English name being required ? Chinese name is not showing in credit card actually. It required too much than it should be.
