Due to many people not showing up or arriving late, the app queue is not available, which is understandable. However, booking a slot in advance is convenient. You can get one two weeks or even a month in advance. Another useful feature is checking for the ticket number and the number of groups. You can walk around the shopping mall and return to the store before your number is called. If there is more than 150 groups, you will likely to wait for almost 2 hours from experience

On this app, you can book no timeslots even for two months later, you can see most of the text and buttons missing in which you have to blindly operates, you can be reminded of the bug that your server is getting with some unknown errors at the last step of booking when you can barely wait for a timeslot available. What’s the use of this app? Well, the only function it works is to collect your personal information and data.

I have this installed and the app is just endless loading. Can’t show, can’t tab, not refreshing, not even be able to show what’s the number that they were calling. Totally trash. Not sure why it got over 4 in rating. Also, it is utterly not user friendly at all….

The reservation function is still disabled after updating the app. Also, you need to click many buttons to see the waiting time of the ticket. The user experience is getting worse compared with previous version of app!
