This app used to work perfectly. Now they’ve done an update which is terrible. They got rid of Apple Pay so you need your card to top up or buy parking which is a stupid misstep given people have their cards with them less and less. And finally and perhaps most ridiculously the top up page for custom amount doesn’t work (or not on my phone anyway): you can type in the amount but there’s no keyboard option to progress to payment. All in all, the new update renders the app fairly useless. Back to the machines for me which is a pain when you’ve kids and you’re hauling them back and forth between car and machine. Whoever developed this duped the organisation big time.
Not much use in Cork anymore

Used to be great when Cork City was included. Now you have to use a different app but you use the same login as this one. Why not just have one app for all ? Probably some Cork City Council Political BS killing ease of use for the citizens again. Of course the other problem is the restriction of one registration only for a mobile phone number. Needs to have multiple registration dropdown option to select other family members cars when not driving your own.

Updated review after a pretty quick response to the issue reported below. Latest version now runs fine for me. Wouldn’t load on iPhone 11 running iOS 15. App downloaded and installed but every time I tried to open it the splash screen came up and then it went blank. Deleted and reinstalled multiple times but no luck.
A few concerns...

Firstly, I can’t see any way to ‘Close My Account’. I can’t even see an account number. Which is all well and fine until you come to my second point. There’s an ‘Auto Top Up’ feature which as far as I can see can’t be turned off. It’s automatically turned on to a minimum of €20. Surely closing an account and turning off such a feature should be a basic part of the app. The fact that they are not is a bit concerning?...
