Version 5.23.3228
We added a new setting (Chat > Image previews) so you can choose to automatically show the images on your device that are sent via markdown even if they are sent by a user outside your company or posted by an Amazon Chime web hook. By default, image urls sent to you in chat by users who are in your company are displayed, but are not if they are sent by someone outside your company or posted via a web hook and you must click on a link to view the image preview.

Has a lot of promise but quite a few rough edges
There are a lot of pluses but when compared to the competition, doesn’t offer the most polished UX.
I will jump straight to the gripes I have with the App.
It’s not always responsive when I click to join a meeting. Due to this issue I end up tapping multiple times and end up getting multiple pop ups to join the meeting which is quite annoying
Joining via Dialin is better but still cumbersome. Dialin also randomly drops calls in the middle of meetings
Can’t join simultaneously from multiple apps which might make more sense if you want to use on device like a phone for listening and another for viewing the screen share.
Can’t delete accidental posts.
Needs more improvements in sessions

* browser version is osm
* mobile app version in ios still has the security flaw gets signed out and still user receives message notifications, calls without signing in not sure then why “sign out” is even used as a feature for this app
* the latest messages always takes time to load up when ever app is opened and is little sluggish
* uninstalling mobile app, sticking to desktop browser version

It’s actually the best when it comes to browser version of chime specially 5.0 but if u see the mobile app is always faulty most of the time I get logged out but you know what’s major security flaw I keep getting messages notifications of people and calls notification when I click each one of them it’s showing logged out , so the session is kept open but app keep logging out in front end which makes me avoid chime mobile app cause this happens often like it gets logged out but I keep getting messages from my team members and when I click it shows to sign in like this particular scenario is a bug which has a security flaw and makes user feel annoyed I’ve been facing this for past few months
Average app for a smartphone
Hello Dev team,
The iPhone app seems to be slow and the refresh rate is pretty less. Since the last one year, no updates have sorted this issue. Also the app works slow even on an iPhone 12 i am currently using. There are multiple bugs here and there which spoils the experience. From sharing media to changing chat windows, there’s a lot to improve.
