Beware of Scam

Please think twice about ordering anything from this disgusting company as there is 90% chance that you will get scammed. Remember to always record unboxing video before opening the package. I ordered GNC Whey Isolate Protein 2lbs worth 3500 rs. The package arrived late almost by a week and there was no communication about the delay. When I opened the container, I was shocked to see that the quantity of protein powder was less than 300 gm in the jar, despite no visible signs of tampering as the seals and lids etc were properly in place. It appears to be work of professional crooks. After that it was a nightmare following up for refund with the customer care. After chasing them for a week, they finally arranged to pick up the package, however the courier guy refused to pick up the container stating that it needs to be in original condition (packaged, sealed etc). Like seriously where did common sense go! The issue is still not resolved even today as I write this review, and I have proceeded legally with my lawyer with the aim to fix the accountability of such fraudulent brands trying to wash their hands off being responsible and trying to put the customer’s health at risk. I don’t bloody care about a mere refund of 3,500 rupees, but I’m totally against such brands freely operating and scamming unsuspecting customers who invest their hard earned money on these brands based on trust and faith. Pathetic and disgusting service. Never ever ordering from Healthkart!

Worst support and service

I recently ordered protein from HealthKart as I just started my gym journey and wanted to continue despite a trip to my village. I tried to contact their support team via chat to ensure the package would arrive on time, but no one responded. The chat support is useless. Now, there's no one at my place to receive the parcel, and it will be sent back. I wanted to progress in my fitness journey, but HealthKart failed as a brand. You've lost a genuine customer. Please add a negative rating because you don't deserve any positive ones.
