From buying insurance, policy renewal alerts to claim intimations - get everything at just one place, at your fingertips. Apart from addressing all your insurance needs, Caringly Yours offers:
• DriveSmart: A unique offering for our private car customers encouraging good driving behavior. This feature gives you a gamut of value added services like Geo-fencing, alerts and notifications, Vehicle Diagnostics, Driving Statistics and Road Side assistance
• PRO-FIT: A service that acts like your very own health portal.
• Motor OTS: A feature that enables you to register a claim via our app and get it settled within 20 minutes*
• Health CDC (CLAIM BY DIRECT CLICK): Register and upload health claim documents on the app. Get your health claims settled quickly and easily
• Caringly Yours also uses HealthKit or CareKit API to collect and present the user fitness data like steps and more.

Caringly Yours key features include:
1. Buying Insurance on the go. Be it Motor, Health, Travel, Home Insurance, you have all the options available in Insurance Wallet.
2. Location Services: Locating network hospitals and garages is no longer a problem. With the “Locate Us” feature you can locate them with a click.

a. My Policy: You can easily access your policy information, edit your contact details using this feature

Good helpful app

Works like a charm. Recently downloaded and added 2 different types of policies health guard and motor car. Very useful app and no need to store any hard copy of policy when its available at the tip of your finger.

Renewed my policy from the app itself. Had held 1* for the same now reviewed to 5*. Keep up the great work.

Need improvements a lot.

App is not very user friendly.
1. User has to be able to see clearly that which are all document already submitted successfully or there has been some failure.
2. Instructions given before proceeding to upload documents, are little bit different when we start actual upload of jpeg files.
As per guidelines from Bajaj people I was instructed to upload only upload jpeg format files though we have pdf upload option available, which is really very bad.
3. After we upload documents or any type of action performed, we should get notified about the same saying which all documents user has uploaded recently and also should be able to see existing files uploaded. In case after doc recovery team finds some deficiency in the documents and we notified from them then we should be able to see and verify their expectations which will help us to proceed further and make required corrections in the documents.
4. There is no such screen or progress bar available to validate if user’s action were successful or failure.
5. Buttons does not seem to be relevant such as if I want to see existing claims, then I need to look for Make Claim -> My Claims.
6. Earlier claim register process was a pain for other than network hospital when I used this app for the first time.
7. +ve review - app is faster.

Unprofessional organisation

I have been struggling to get my reimbursement for last 2 months with bajajallianz and have gone sick and tired of sending my reports and invoices multiple times. This company has majorly screwed up with my documentations and so much so that even the customer service representative gave up on retrieving correct information.
My more than a lakh rupees have been stuck with them and they have been crediting the same in instalments for reasons unknown. And even now they keep asking for invoices whenever i try and follow up. A very unprofessional and incompetent organisation. I would sincerely advise not to have any insurances with bajaj allianz. Am just waiting to get over with it. Trulydisappointed.
