We opted for Coox for a small get-together of 12 guests, and the experience was honestly fantastic. Chef Manisha arrived with her co-chef right on time, and we had chosen a menu with 2 starters, 2 main courses, jeera rice, naan, and dessert and every single dish turned out absolutely delicious.Everything was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. You could really tell they knew what they were doing. Also, a special mention for their professionalism. They cleaned every utensil they used and even wiped down the kitchen platform before leaving, which we truly appreciated.I’d suggest not going by random online reviews. Our experience was top-notch from start to finish. We’ll definitely be booking Coox again for future events and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free, high-quality home dining experience.

I have used the Coox booking service twice, and unfortunately both experiences were extremely disappointing.After facing multiple issues during my first booking, I clearly highlighted my concerns to the team. They assured me that everything would be managed properly the second time and that no issues would be repeated. However, the same problems happened again.My major concerns were:1. Even for a gathering of 15 guests, the cook arrived without any helper.2. Service was heavily delayed because one person alone could not manage cooking, serving, and coordination simultaneously.3. Before taking the advance payment, the team repeatedly assured that assistance would be provided later, but after payment they kept giving false promises and excuses.Despite paying around ₹5,500 for the second booking, the cook again arrived alone. We had to involve our home maid to help him manage basic tasks, yet everything was still significantly delayed. Snacks scheduled for 7 PM were served only around 9:30 PM. Eventually, we had to order breads online ourselves because guests could not wait any longer.The entire dinner party experience was spoiled, and customer care was completely unresponsive throughout the situation.I will admit that the food taste was good, but the overall experience was extremely poor due to terrible management, false commitments, lack of professionalism, and no accountability after receiving payment.I genuinely do not recommend this service to anyone. Please be careful before trusting their promises with your hard-earned money.
