Digi Yatra 4+

This app is very helpful to everyone and more to one’s who are frequent traveller. I too frequently travel and using these app makes it hassle free as it took less than 5 mins to pass through all check points in airport.

But now there is new version of the app and bugs as the camera is unable to detect the face and my KYC is still remain not verified trying the same since morning.

The app is very helpful at least in Bangalore. Not sure what other airports have this.
The experience of getting the 4.1 version is not very pleasant. Why don’t you follow the standard convention of any App upgrade? You renamed the previous one “old” and created a new one but did not delete the old one! And you don’t say if I should keep it or delete it 😟
So what do I do with the old one?
Hope some senior resource from business side and more importantly someone who uses Digi Yatra on a regular basis sees these reviews and guides the team on improving such poor UXs.

I got this new update and had updated it .Once I open the new updated app ,it says ur using an old version download the new one and had made me to download the same I was using earlier . Lost all my credentials and earlier passed and need to do it all again

Otherwise this is fantastic app ,imagine getting inside Hyderabad airport in under 7 min with a hand back (including security ) .Now it bcm like a normal queue as most of them start using it 😂
