App is not opening due to bug in app which shows iPhone as rooted device
App showing following information when opening the app and then we had to close no other option.

NOT WORKING ON IOS 17.3.1
Dear ICICIfast tag app developer,
I hope this message finds you well. I am an iPhone user and have been using your app for the past few days without any issues.
However, starting from this morning, I have been experiencing some difficulties while trying to open the app on my device.
Whenever I attempt to open the app, lam immediately greeted with a message stating,
"Your device is not supported. Your device has been detected as a rooted device." | was perplexed by this message as l have never rooted my iPhone or made any modifications to it. Furthermore, I have not encountered any such problems with other apps installed on my device.
I am reaching out to seek your guidance and assistance in resolving this issue. Is there a specific reason why this error message is appearing on my iPhone? Is there a way to fix this problem and regain access to the ICICIfast tag app on my device?
I have found your app to be extremely useful in managing my financial transactions, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me in rectifying this matter as soon as possible. I am confident that there must be a solution to this problem, and I am hopeful that you can provide me with the necessary steps or guidance to reslove it.
Bugs need to be fixed….
The app needs to be updated… so much of bugs in the app… though it mentions upto 5 id or vehicles can be linked to 1 mobile number at once but app doesn’t actually support that.. and maximum time it just goes round n round with “please wait” page…. And many a times adding money and the toll deductions were not updated in the app or gets updated very late… there’s also no support of UPI for recharge though it just shows an option… Seriously there should be an update to remove these bugs for smooth functioning of app… kindly look into it and do needful… or else it’ll be hell from this app.. 😞😶😞🙏🏻
