Bug fix

1) i have single mobile divide with single mobile number for corporate login
2) I have both inputter and authoriser login
3) if I log in as inputter and then if I try to log in as authoriser, the app do not allow to login as authoriser, it says device registered for others.
4) plz fix this so that one can login as inputter and authoriser who has got login credentials for both in one device.
5) from mobile and I pad browser one cannot login to corporate wholesale login even if we use desktop version, it always prompt to download app, plz fix this issue also, so that one can use mobile browser to login

Why fix something when nothing is broken?!

Update: Can someone explain how to authorize multiple payments?! I do see option of “select all”. But when I click on “authorize” it only authorizes single payment. What a horrible app! Don’t fix what’s not broken!! Regret choosing HDFC Bank!! HDFC is trying too hard to ruin its Enet portal. Trying too much to look cool! Firstly, the desktop new CBX portal is extremely snaggy, buggy and extremely confusing! There has to be at least one thing that will be amiss! Printouts of payment uploaded have to be selected twice for the entire text to appear, it’s very difficult to know how payment templates can be saved, beneficiary addition has a condition of payment limit, which cannot be edited! Lol!! How do I know if I will be making 1 lakh payment in total in future or 5 lakhs?! Now comes the app - I just logged in and gave me error. So again logged in but it said I am already logged in so got logged out. And this goes on in loop. How am I supposed to function like this?! It was better to go back in time and issue cheques instead! HDFC needs to shift back to old Enet portal which was much much much easier and better! This is just an embarrassment. Mr. Parekh will faint if he uses the app himself!!

Cumbersome User Interface

There should be single OTP for multiple payments.
When the transaction gets successfully completed you should be able to see summary of the transaction.
OTP loading time is too long in the snorkel app. There should be an option to skip the OTP.
There should be forget password option in the snorkel app.
Maker should be able to perform all the functions in the app same as on the website.
Daily limit or transaction limit for a beneficiary is meaningless.
All the payments options for all the beneficiaries should be active by default.
There is no point of having separate beneficiary ID and name.
During payment, cbx should auto-select type of transaction when name of beneficiary is entered.
Beneficiary registration should come on dashboard.
All the pending approvals for checker should be there on dashboard including beneficiaries.
All the functions of retail net banking should be made available in cbx.
