Hero App intends to enable differentiated customer experience through In Context messaging , Personalisation ,Different services basis customer tier etc.. You may connect with Hero using this app and perform various operations like:
Find Your Vehicle: You may search your two-wheeler based on your registered mobile no. or VIN (vehicle identification number) or vehicle registration number.
Vehicle Details: Various information of your two-wheeler like registration number, last service date, next service date, last service advice, goodlife details.
Dealer Locator: You may search Hero authorised dealership and workshops based on State/City or your location.
Service Booking: Service booking can be done with the help of this app. User can select the two-wheeler to be serviced, select the workshop and submit the request.
Hero Products: User may check the complete range of Hero products and download the specifications.
Tips: Maintenance schedule of hero two-wheeler is available under this section. You may select the two-wheeler for which you wish to check the schedule and plan your maintenance.
You may select a dealer and use his contact details to directly connect with him.

Upgradation
App is good but need to be upgraded. Especially for IOS. Hero had 2 to 3 apps. Y don’t u provide all the things in 1 app itself. And some apps were not at all available in IOS App Store

Not able to book service online
Hi team
I am not able to book service on this version of app
It is not showing all the service centers available in my Ahmedabad and it is also not allowing me to allow joyride service selection while booking the service, at the end of the process after entering all the details it end up with an error.

Hectic App
Worst app ever seen, can’t expect when it will allow to login and when it will denied to to login. Needs to try 100 times to login successfully every time. Even though we get the OTP for login, app says “Something went wrong, Please try again”. Previous version was working very nice, as soon as it updated to the latest version this issue started. Not sure such a legend company releasing new app versions without proper testing.
