I have oneplus nord buds 2 and the app is not supported to my device this is not fair enough because me buying an one plus product makes no sense after this , even tho i can connect but cant update or enjoy any of the features provided, pls make my device (oneplus nord buds 2) available in this app , if it already there i can’t connect my device for what reason i don’t know . Now i can’t buy a oneplus mobile phone to just make it work u can understand pls make it available as soon as possible.

I recently purchased the OnePlus Nord Buds 2R, and while I love the sound quality and design of these earbuds, I’ve been facing some frustrating connectivity issues when trying to use them with the HeyMelody app. Inconsistent connection with HeyMelody app Limited functionality within the app The HeyMelody app was supposed to enhance my experience with these earbuds, but unfortunately, it has been more of a headache than a help. The primary issue is the inconsistent connection between the earbuds and the app. Sometimes, they pair seamlessly, but other times, I struggle to get them to connect, and it’s frustrating. Furthermore, when I do manage to connect the earbuds to the app, the functionality is limited. I expected more customization options and settings to fine-tune my listening experience, but the app falls short in this regard. I hope OnePlus can address these connectivity issues and improve the app’s functionality in future updates. Until then, I’m left feeling somewhat disappointed with the HeyMelody app’s performance with the OnePlus Nord Buds 2R. I still recommend the earbuds for their audio quality and comfort, but if you’re buying them for the HeyMelody app features, you might want to wait for improvements in that area. Thank you in advance
