I am getting very frequent Score updates emails & notifications, you should change your name as Score Bazaar instead of Paisa Bazaar because I have not received any communication about money from you. I have switched my investments to another service provided. Because you are interested in only showing scores, which are fake & not authentic. I have received my loans from Local Banks & no need of any credit score. Also UI is very dangerous (dark Blue) kindly change that blue colour.

I signed up with them and they showed at least 3 offers (excluding CC against FD) with good or excellent chance of approval. So, I applied for a PL because of urgent fund requirements, but I didn’t hear from any loan company where I had applied or from PB through whose app I applied through. I sent them an email to that effect and sought clarification on the status of my application but to my utter disbelief, they informed me that I hadn’t applied for any loan let alone give me an update! Thereafter, I applied directly with a lender and it literally took less than 10 minutes at 3:00 am for it to be disbursed to my bank account!!

In the foregoing, I can’t in good conscience recommend using this company’s app or website because they seem to be more of a data mining company rather than a financial services provider. Ever since I signed up with PB, my spam calls/texts/emails/WhatsApp have increased at least a hundred folds. DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS ON THE APP OR THEIR WEBSITE.

I’ve never seen a fraud company like this where all the employees are only lying including leads and managers. I’ve paid around 1200 rupees for a service but never got any help. It’s been 4 months and I’m keep on chasing them without any help. Finally I’ve requested my money to be refunded and after a long struggle of 7 days one of the manager promised that it will be done within next 10 working days. It’s been 20 days now but no refund yet. No one contacted me as well regarding this. Whenever I call, the customer service agents are showing rude behaviour and not at all trying to help. I suggest everyone not to use this app and if using also don’t do any payments. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
