It’s very much frustrating for claiming a single document if enormously error occurred from the user side while uploading the document & customer support is useless I have been following with your team from 25 days to delete the incomplete document update from user but still it’s pending no support from your end in this app. If you can provide us delete option for incorrect document update in the user side itself it’s very useful to delete the document and update the correct time. It will improve your performance and half of your customer queries will sorted out. Pls think on delete option should be provided in this app it’s my suggestion.

Initially when I have used this app, it was too frustrating for few. Many loopholes was there. But within one month it was got corrected. Afterwards it’s fantastic, amazing. Since it’s corporate plan and OPD/ IPD has to be initiated for refunds. I am able the get the claim’s within a week time which was 2-3 months time earlier.💯

Previously the app was quite difficult to understand and the UI was not at all user friendly neither the processWith the latest updates, they have improved very well. Definitely a 5 star rating.
