Excellent App

I heard some negative comments about this app. However, In my opinion it is an excellent app with a number of advantages. No other Petroleum Marketing Company gives such high rewards as HP PAY. The Rewards are in the form of Payback Points. I am able to redeem all my payback reward points earned at ICICI Bank, and various other Payback partners through HP PAY App for taking Fuel. It is a substantial amount. Otherwise, I hardly used to redeem my Payback Points which I had earned through various Payback Partners. Now you can also book HP Gas through HP PAY and get the rewards through various Campaigns. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hello,When i try to login, it’s not working, then i close app try again, again closing app tried again. Then it’s login. Then inside the app, if i select any option, it’s taking too much loading time. So i avoid using this app. App is totally too slow. I uninstalled and reinstall. Log out and login those i tried. But still I’m facing slow issue. In my mobile, very slowest app is this one.

I’m facing a persistent issue with the HP Pay app. As soon as I select the LPG options, the screen gets stuck at the animated smiley “processing” stage and nothing moves forward. The app becomes completely unresponsive, and the only way to exit is to force close it from the recent apps/history.This makes it impossible to complete even basic tasks related to LPG services. I’ve tried restarting the app and checking my internet connection, but the issue continues almost every time.Please look into this bug and provide an update soon. The app used to work smoothly earlier, but this problem is making it very difficult to use now.

Loading Money in wallet

Am unable to add/load money in wallet through net banking. I had tried 3 times to add money through net banking of my SBI account but it is failing after the OTP is generated by bank. As soon as the OTP is received and when we open new app, this transaction closes and go back. Request to fix this issue on priority.Regards
