I've been a regular user of the IRCTC app for booking train tickets, but recently l've been facing serious issues on my iPhone13 mini Every time I try to book a ticket, the app crashes and returns to the home screen, and while trying search train not displaying station name in from and to text box making it impossible to complete any bookings. This problem facing from initial usage of 12mini and it's extremely frustrating.I have tried several troubleshooting steps, such as restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and ensuring that my iOS is up to date, but the issue persists. The app is currently unusable, and I have to resort to other methods to book my train tickets, which is highly inconvenient.I request the developers to please look into this issue and provide a fix as soon as possible. The app was very useful before, and I hope it can be reliable again with a proper update. Until then, I am giving it a low rating due to its current non-functionality on my device.
