Our app brings banking at your fingertips.
It’s a great initiative from the Postal Dept. to digitise and integrate the two entities- Indian Banking and the Postal Banking systems. The interface is fine and good with low learning curve generally. However there are quite some hiccups encountered during regular use. Often the login process doesn’t work and gets resolved mostly after reinstalling and re-registering. Similarly UPI works only 50% of the time either for sending payments or receiving showing server unavailable or down too often than not. Hence you cannot rely on it entirely, and need to have a ready fall back payment option for sure. On integration, transferring money between post office account and IPPB account has issues often during weekends. Post office seniors officials should seriously look at actions to stabilise the app for for a larger usage and predictability.

4 years ago when I left my job at India Post I was hopeful of the future of India Post and was particularly impressed by IPPB initiative. But I happened to use this app yesterday and also went to Post Office for a very basic work. My experience was pathetic. This App is just useless. It doesn’t even work 7 out of 10 times. I haven’t been able to do a simple transaction in last 24 hours. This is how bad it is. It doesn’t even open. If it opens, it crashes. In the middlle of an transaction it stops. I now wish that India Post is soon privatised so that it can work efficiently. The GOI is not paying any attention to India Post and the employees in India Post (specifically the IPPB cell and the Clerical staff) is of no use and just a burden on taxpayers money. I was a clerk in India post some 4 years ago, left it because I got an officer post in other department. But unfortunately, my revisit to India Post just made me realise that this department is very very inefficient and regressive to the very core. Both the GoI and the DoP are responsible for literally destroying DoP. I think I should just close all account from this pathetic department and go to private banks as they charge heavily but provide door to door service at least. #worthless app
Application is Crashing without displaying any error message

The App is Crashing and closing itself without displaying any error message for the same.After entering the last digit of passcode, the App crashes itself without any prompt.I called the bank customer care and they said we can’t release any update regarding it yet since I am the only user with such issue but after checking the review section on App Store I am pretty sure that I am not the only one face the said problemReply from customer care is out of sense. They just wasted my time and every time they call and ask me to repeat the same problem and suggest me to wait for 48 hours however I am facing the issue from last 3 months but no issue has been resolved. I have even sent them screen recordings of the issue on their official mails but I am getting any positive response from them.I request the concerned authorities to please please and please fix this issue

This application is good for online transaction rather than standing in a line outside the post office for long time as the counter bearer take lots of time just to accept the money on counter. However, when I am trying to make any online transaction to transfer money through this application, i am unable to submit the 6 digit OTP to complete the transaction. I have tried on all my phones with different OS. I am trying to make an online transaction since last week, however, I am unable to make any transaction, not even login to the app.Hence, i request to the application developer to look into this issue, otherwise Digital India movement is fail just because we are unable to understand the latest technology and to address the troubleshoot. I hope this issue will be taken care on priority. Thank you.
