I am very happy with the app and highly recommend it.They have also recently launched a new service where they proactively monitor dynamic flight prices and inform you in case there’s a steep drop in your price post your booking. I saved over ₹13,000 on a single family booking!!

Extremely Poor Experience with UD Chalo

My experience with UD Chalo has been extremely disappointing. The service quality is far below acceptable standards. Their customer support is unresponsive, and it’s nearly impossible to get any proper resolution. I faced serious delays, lack of communication, and misleading updates throughout my booking.Even after repeated follow-ups, no clear information was provided about my refund or ticket status. The app and website are glitchy and unreliable, and the support team simply forwards generic responses without actually helping.It feels like no accountability or customer care system exists. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking through UD Chalo — their management and after-sales support are worse than any travel service I’ve used.

I lost 18k to this app.

I booked a hotel and decided to cancel it after 5 minutes due to distance from airport issues. They have a feature of refund calculator while getting refund. The refund calculator showed me full refund of 18k . But that never came to my account. After few days I gave a call to customer care regarding my refund. They said the hotel policy is zero refund. I spoke to them for more than over 20 times explaining about the refund calculator because of which I cancelled the booking but every time they just said sorry they can’t help. Although it’s an app for faujis. Please don’t trust them blindly . They are there to make business. Take screenshots and records everything. Better use other apps which take care of their regular customers.
