For a simple issue I have already registered 2 complaints within 15-20 days for my fully automatic front load washing machine! The 1st time a technician came after 6 days of lodging the complaint and showed his sales skills selling the cleaner pouch to my parents at home! I don’t know what he did but the issue was resolved for 2days! When I lodged the 2nd complaint there is no response from the service agents till date(it’s been 4days!). But I appreciate how the customer service agents have mastered to say “we are sorry for the inconvenience” but totally frustrated of the results as there is none. I also have a Samsung semi automatic washing machine and have never faced such issue. To all the customers reading this, please choose Samsung over IFB appliances. I have been treated like a valued customer at Samsung despite having a very low cost products. At IFB I am just getting arrogant behaviour despite having bought premium products.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my IFB air conditioner, which has been experiencing a continuous noise issue for the past 3 months. Despite repeated follow-ups with your customer care team, no effective action has been taken till now. Every time I call, I am simply told that “the issue will be resolved tomorrow,” but nothing ever happens.To make matters worse:•Your authorized service center is demanding money for repair, even though my product is still under warranty.•Your area manager has also asked for money, and when I refused, I was threatened and spoken to rudely.

I don’t know what is the problem with application I have bought the latest IFB Machine Fully Automatic with AI and all and installation person says that app doesn’t work.Still I have kept faith in the company due to personal previous experience of other kitchen appliances of IFB I have downloaded the app and it works really amazing.I don’t about the servicing or complaining parts but yes app work very well in the start. But after the recent update the option of child lock is removed from the app.That was the major set back of the application. After the update there is a huge lag in the application. It takes a lot of time to sync with machine. And other problem which I want to highlight the modes which are used too complicated kindly make it in a simpler form including AI mode.Rest everything is perfect with the app as well with machine. Strongly suggest please bring child lock feature in front to safeguard from child.Thank you.
