No customer service, intercom notification issue

The customer service is hope less. Whatever complains or suggestions are made not responded to. When a visitor comes , intercom notification rings on all the mobiles registers for our house simultaneously. Even the permission is granted from one of the mobile,the ring on other doesn’t stop. After this too a automated call is generated which rings on both mobiles. This need to be stopped as soon as a permission granted once from any mobile.

I am a users since 2 months now. Have implemented this is our premises. For a FREE software it does great stuff. JIO doesnt seem to marketing this much right now. I’d love better support and more feature updates. But I can’t complain as it’s too good for FREE.

With all due respect to whatever Jio has achieved as a company over the years, JioGate comes as a step backwards for the organisation. This app is nothing but a contact information gathering mechanism for advertising calls and not to mention the cheap interface which is a direct copy of MyGate. The latter is a company which stands for quality service and best in class user interface. Only time will tell how low the company can stoop down to.
