Blood Pressure log not maintained in app

I use this app for both my weight scale and my blood pressure monitor both came with combo purchase offer.The scale I have to log manually but the log book is maintained but the Digital Blood Prssure monitor model 118 when blute tooth is turned on and the mobile (I am on IOS 26.2.1 connects it allows me to initiate the BP measurements from the mobile. After the test is done the cuff keeps showing the record. But the app will simply ask whether to log thr record against a user. Once saved the very next second the app closes I won’t say crash but it just needs to be relaunched. But again within the app dev there is no record keeping for BP! Then why don’t need the app I can very see the output on the cuffs monitor itself!

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the Dr Trust application. I purchased a weighing scale and registered on the app using my mobile number. However, when I later decided to delete my account, I encountered serious issues.Despite sending more than 10 requests to delete my account, there has been no action taken. This lack of response is extremely disappointing and raises concerns about user data management.Additionally, the app has major usability problems. When I tried to change my mobile number, it asked for a password that I never created in the first place. There is also no “forgot password” option available, which makes it impossible to proceed. The same issue occurs when attempting to link an email ID.Overall, the app feels poorly designed and lacks basic user account management features. Combined with unresponsive customer support, this has been a very unsatisfactory experience.

I bought Smart Body Fat Scale 532 and have some queries on 360 app. Reached CS via email and not received any satisfactory solution. Requested for callback, no response. Here is my query. How to import all Body composition parameters for trend reporting purpose or generate a trend pdf for given dates using lite subscription? Only weight, BMI and Fat Percentage is imported to apple health. For other parameters there should be a provision to export without subscription fee. BMI calculation also differs from the given formula w/m2. There is no proper channel to customers for escalation.
