This review is on the App and Bajaja Allianz health insurance. Recently I had very good experience with the Insurance. My father was operated in the hospital, and as soon as he was admitted my RM Mr. Bhushan and Riddhi called me and asked for any support. At the day of discharge the RM was continuously following up for the claim settlement, and he did it very well. Also after the discharge of my father from hospital, for follow-up I booked the appointment from the app. And claim the medical bill through the app and got it reimbursed within 2 days. Great experience with Bajaj Allianz. One can go with it without thinking twice.

I am one of the frustrated customer of Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance, Bajajfinserve Health limited .I have raised one claim for lab test which was prescribed by bajaj ti-up doctor.First time claim was rejected by saying doctor degree not available in prescription which was incomplete investigation. Later on i have highlighted the degree on same prescription than thay have re-opened it.Second time thay have rejected by saying this is pre-existing disease. Again I wrote a mail and asked them about pre-existing disease name than again they have re-opened the claim because they didn’t have answer of it.Third time again they have rejected my claim by saying no edited documents shared. Again I wrote a mail and also contacted customer care through call but till date i have not received any response from mail team and customer care team already 4-5 days past.This Bajajfinserve Health limited and Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance is the worst health insurance company in India market. They are doing as they want. Doesn’t matter about customer and documents which is provided by customer.Requesting people not to buy this company insurance plan. They have only fake commitments during sell.

My relationship with Bajaj is through my employer and Bajaj service absolutely very inhuman and poor service Instance I was using for very first time and I have a 2 year old baby and situation is my wife leg was fractured. The payment to radiology was chosen as consultation because on one hand I have my baby and other hand using non network payment option and by mistake it was selected for consultation. This was not approved stating this is due the terms and conditions of my employer. To me my employer would have terms for incorrect claims, however in this case all the admin task of bajaj of selecting and approving is passed back to users who at medical centres comes with various challenges and they are adding one more to users and rejected the claimIf CEO OF BAJAJ IF READING IT DO KNOW THIS PROCESS IS REALLY HUMAN APPROACH? WHAT WOULD YOU DO TO THESE SERVICE PROVIDERS IN THIS INSTANCE?
