Great Service at your Doorstep

Was thinking of serving my car since last month but wasn’t getting time out of my busy schedule. Today I got time , I booked service through GoMechanic. Firstly I was in doubt but once I reached their assigned Baba Motors service station(Vikaspuri)for servicing my car, I was very happy to see the kind of service they were providing to the customers before my car was taken inside. When they started serving my car I saw their honesty and dedication to their work, all employees working their are experts in their respective jobs particularly (Salman). Washing team was awesome they will make your vehicle shine like new (inside out). Best thing out there is full time GoMechanic service buddy(Manish). Manish is a very polite and professional person who ensures that your vehicle is serviced properly with exact service you booked. Not only this he will get your vehicle checked properly and tell you all the necessary repairs or part replacements required to be done in your vehicle & leaves upto owner whether to be done or not after giving required estimate.Let me tell you one last thing, you will find a great service experience at very cheaper cost with 100% satisfaction with GoMechanic.Today I was able to earn GoMechanic trust

Cool App… easy and convenient
I had a decent experience with Go Mechanic in the last couple of years. So, I ordered a Standard Service in Dec-2024. After speaking with their customer service I decided to upgrade to Comprehensive Service. SHOCK started when the GoMechanic buddy assigned gave me. Repair Cost of ₹53,300. Please note, my car was serviced by GoMechanic last year, and things were fine lat year. Suddenly this year, my car needed ₹53,300 worth repairs. I escalated and their Escalation Manager put some efforts to resolve the situation. I got a revised repair estimate with only critical parts required. We agreed that at this time, GoMechanic will only do service, and their mechanic will show me the requirement for repairs. I planned to do repairs the next week once I understand the true need. When I got back the car after service, the machinery under the hood was DIRTY - no effort was made to clean it at all. So, there was no way to see what repairs were required. When I asked why the machinery under hood was not cleaned, the GoMechanic Service buddy gave absolutely mindless excuses that we cannot clean because there is a risk for short circuit or water may go into the engine. Never heard those kind of excuses from a professional mechanic - GOMECHANIC DISAPPOINTED COMPLETELY - they found excuses for not doing service worth what they charged me.

Generally, I don't give low rating. But this has been a HARROWING experience and Mental TRAUMA for me. GoMechanic sent my Honda City to here for rubbing and polishing 9 days ago. Before pickup photos it shows clearly there were no scratches. My car was very clean if anyone sees the photos will understand what I am talking about. GoMechanic ESTIMATE document did not have any mention of scratches. Also, note car pickup guy was trying to sell expensive package which I did not agree. I told him I will do after couple of months since service is due next month. I have taken the photos of the odometer and I have dashcam which has recording of picking up from the gate to basement after the delivery. I just went to get some water to my home. After coming back within 5 minutes I was just checking the tyre areas how much cleaning was done I found there are scratches on top of wheel area on ALL FOUR sides and I reported to GoMechanic with all the photos and videos. But as usual they were in denial everytime, giving all sorts of reasons to avoid. Parking was done immediately after delivery in my Basement parking area where no children plays. After numerous calls and follow ups GoMechanic agreed to 50:50 cost sharing basis after 7 days. I've asked GoMechanic to share the cost details and entire details of painting. I called up multiple times after that but as usual they have not called and no intention to solve and completely taken me for granted. This is absolutely unethical, unprofessional and fraudulent attitude.

They give a time slot for pick up, assign a so called Service Manager so you schedule all your meetings and calls according to the given slot. And the suddenly the time slot changes from GoMechanic without any prior notification. And the worst part, they do not even tell you about the pick if it misses out. You have to keep following up with the service manager and that person might give you new information which you never ever heard before. So now your money is stuck and you are not even given service you paid for and you keep following it up and escalating. No one at GoMechanic knows what they are doing and the information everyone provides is so different that it is impossible to make any decision . Absolutely poor customer service and product quality. The service given by the workshops also is very low quality. My paint already has bubbles which is less than an year old and having done it through GoMechanic.My advise, find a local trusted or even better , an authorised service centre for your car. They will charge more money but at least you will have peace of mind about timely service and quality. In case of anything you can raise it with the manufacturer.I gave plenty of chances to this Indian start up but these guys do not want to improve, so be it!
