Really disappointed customer care is not well versed. Placed my first order with them still i have not heard anything about when my order will be delivered. Services are pathetic. Not faced such problem before with any competitive sites. My mistake was that i would have contacted designer before hand n they ensured me one day delivery ( talking about sabyasachi here). But the time I received mail from them regarding home delivery at first i thought they dnt have online service thus placed order with aza And customer care are basically clueless about my enquired order. My advice is order from designer directly else u all be caught up for days.

Wish list gets erased

The wish list gets erased periodically, but when I try to recreate it by adding the same items again on the list it says , the item already exists in my wish list. It’s really annoying not to be able to access it and not be able to recreate it either. I end up creating all new list only to get erased later on. It’s highly frustrating.
