Sometimes replacement is not available at times the cook comes late but this is how the company will get experience and improve. Chefkart is a company filled with fraudsters. I hired the chef from Chefkart at the monthly package after a demo. Some of the bad experiences that I faced with them are as follows-: 1) The chef is usually not on time. Not only this, the chef cleverly does not punch on that particular day to avoid the penalty for being late and call it as a “technical glitch”. 2) In case the chef is on leave, the company does not send the replacement staff at the designated time which causes inconvenience to each and every member of the family. 3) The quality of food is abysmal. The company fools the customer by providing a good demo by the chef and then the same chef, when hired, does not make the same quality of food. 4)When raised the concern to the company via the helpline number provided on the app, the team gives fake promises and excuses such as the chef’s number is not reachable and then never calls back. Apropos above, It can hereby be concluded that the entire company is run by team of liars who have no regards or concern for their customers. I would not suggest anyone to take their services in future

I have subscribed to chefkart since January 2022. My experience has been painful and annoying. Initially they will send good cooks for trials but as time passes the cooks begin asking for extra money. They take a lot leaves and blame the company for it. If you call the company 90% of the time no one answers their call and if they do they act as if they're unaware of it. It's difficult to get hold of the customer care folks and they're least helpful. I have changed 3 cooks in 3 months. They can barely resolve issues. The tickets you raise are never resolved. I feel I have wasted my money because for the past one month I have ordered food because of the irregular cooks and mismanagement of the company. Coming to quality of cooks. Most of their temporary cooks make good Food, but permanent ones don't. The permanent cooks try extorting extra money from customers all the time and don't pay attention to food preferences of their clients. I'd advice to hire cooks from trusted sources and not Chefkart. Chefkart will only listen to your concerns when bill cycle is due.
