This is a review for the app. Very laggy and bad app, not much thought has been given for end user. Ordered pizzas from it, money was deducted and order vanished from the history. I closed the app while adding things to the cart but all the items remained, when I was done paying, the app said Payment Failed and my cart was discarded. Very disappointing first order experience. If the app is not ready, don’t launch it.

I ordered a pizza, and it took over an hour to arrive. The staff kept lying about the order status. This is the worst app I’ve used — you’re trying to imitate Domino’s, but you can’t match their service quality. You should be ashamed of misleading customers like this. A wolf in a lion’s skin can never be a lion. Stop making false promises of 11 or 25-minute delivery if you can’t keep them.

Neither restaurant nor customer care listen customer issue. My order is not delivered, Delivery person came for delivery bit when I asked to deliver at my flat then he mentioned you need order in 25 minutes and at door as well, and marked the order as delivered without delivering the food.

Why are they giving offer on the app its useless because i add items to cart and apply offer after that i click on payment option its not proceed and showing cart value should be greater then 200rs so why are you giving offers.🤬🤬🤬🤬
