I strongly warn everyone not to take any kind of loan from LTI. My experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Even after the loan was approved and all documents were signed, the loan amount was not credited. Once the paperwork was completed, they completely stopped responding to calls and messages. However, during the application stage, they kept calling multiple times a day, constantly pressuring me to finish the process.The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and careless handling of customers is shocking. It feels like they are only interested until you sign the documents, and after that, they simply ignore you. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable financial service.
