So after lot of struggle with other service provider I finally decide to choose Hoora for 360 degree cleaning service of my car. Service partner reached at door on time which was really impressive. He initiated car cleaning which I was assuming to be done by good branded chemicals as per the hefty price being charged for service,but when I saw the chemicals which were used I was completely surprised as non of them seems to be branded. Nevertheless I patiently waited for service to complete but post cleaning of the I was really disappointed with the cleaning and felt I could have got better cleaning done from some random car cleaning service nd that too with much lower price. Even after several reminders none of the glasses were cleaned properly and a were dirty with dust and stains as they were before. The ceramic coating which is a part of package is utterly waste or may be the service partner didn’t had handon knowledge on how to do it,so again unsatisfactory. So over all service rating is 2 and that’s only for the hard work of service partner. But in terms of cleaning it’s “0”. I am never gonna take another service from them and won’t advise any of you to opt for it unless u have lot of money and want to give it a try by spending few. All the best

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Hoora Aap, and I feel compelled to warn others before they fall into the same trap. I initially booked a vehicle wash appointment on the 16th of May, hoping for a smooth and professional service. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of disappointments. Not once, not twice, but three to four times, the person assigned to clean my vehicle cancelled without proper notice. Each time, I was left waiting, inconvenienced, and with no one to turn to for resolution. Worse still, despite these repeated cancellations, the refund I was promised never arrived in my account. I tried reaching out for support, hoping the company would take accountability, but their customer service was completely unresponsive. It's as if they vanished the moment payment was made. At this point, I genuinely believe this is not just bad service—it's borderline fraudulent. If a business can charge you, cancel multiple times, and then disappear without providing what you paid for or returning your money, how else should one interpret that? I strongly advise everyone considering Hoora Aap to rethink their decision. In my experience, they operate with zero reliability, zero professionalism, and absolutely no regard for customer trust. It’s unfortunate, but I’ve lost both time and money in dealing with them. Please spread the word so others don't have to go through the same ordeal

I booked for service the guy already reached the location late no communication no phone call no update and but later he told me as he was already on a service due to which he got late I was convinced an I ignored as anyone can bit late but the company should make it point let the customer know after once he reached he did good job but though I had booking of interior and exterior cleaning service booked which included paper-mats and car fresher but once his job was done the exterior part was done good but when asked why didn’t you clean the door and gear of the car he told the service only includes dashboard which I couldn’t understand so why you have to mention interior deep clean in service and he didn’t give the fresh net and mats which was already included and told me he would give me tomorrow as he did not had the stock .Hoora is one of biggest scam I would suggest it’s better to take your car to any service station locally they do better job and also do not charge like these guys and wouldn’t bother you.

Do not fall for this scam. I booked my car service through them and paid upfront because they have a policy if you pay at the time of service you will be charged Rs. 300 extra. That's where the scam begins. I paid 1729 for the interior cleaning service and till next 6 hours there was no confirmation msg after the payment and the app showed 'No booking'. The next day the day of service I was able to my booking and my time was 3PM but till 4:30 the app status shows'booking placed' and at 4:30 when I called the person assigned he said that there is no such booking in his app. Wow what an experience.Also, the do not have any direct calling no the no.s available on the website are switched off or on IVR which automatically gets disconnected after 1 min. There is no chat support just a virtual assistant who will ask you to mail every issue. There is no real time solution. Finally i got a call from hoora at 5:00 today and they said they are initiating the refund and I will get it in 15 minutes but again there is no message no confirmation and no money already 1 hour gone. They have scammed me for 1729.Guys do jot fall for it and even if you do please do not make pre payment.
