This has to be the worlds worst credit card out there. Before going on a trip, just to avoid unnecessary hassle, I overpaid some amount so that I don’t have to worry about any transactions while I am abroad. Not only this card is getting declined everywhere due to “banks risk policies” even though I am not even using any credit, it refuses to fix the issue as well and says I’ve crossed my credit limit or something( even though i still have more than 30k over the credit limit paid). This doesn’t end here, when I asked for the refund of this excess amount that I paid, they came up with thousands of new excuses to stop me from getting the refund. The final one was that they needed a cancelled cheque and when I submitted one with my own account they said they want it to be cancelled by a pen. Scapia expects me to get my chequebook here on a foreign country, tear a page and cancel it physically. The last 10 days has been pure harassment and I would advice everyone against getting this credit card. Just opt for forex debit cards. Scapia is the worst card ever. Please don’t get it.

The onboarding experience is brilliant. Got my virtual card in 5 minutes and the interface to manage my card or toggle to Travel to browse and buy flights and hotels is stellar. My expenses reflect instantly and I know my rewards earned for every transaction. With every day of spends am getting closer to my next trip! Convert your expenses into experiences is so true! Unlike other card rewards - this is so honest and transparent and it is built to drive redemption and not breakage. Am saying Bye Bye to other travel rewards credit cards. Just 5 transactions a month and I unlock free premium lounge access. When travelling overseas and making my hotel bookings on Scapia is a blessing - Earn 20% rewards on bookings and save 100% on any Forex mark up charges Best decision I have made

Video KYC now tells you exactly what went wrong, so you're not stuck before you've even started. And linking your bank is a lot faster and smoother. Because the sooner that's done, the sooner you're thinking about where you're going next.
