HDB FAINANCIAL SERVICES offered a cash back of INR 7000 on 19th April 2024 at Bajaj Electronics, on my Purchase of the AC. Claimed that the Cash back would be debited to my bank account post Third EMI, which it supposed to be in the month of July 2024. Today is 13th Feb 2025. I might have reached out to them 10s of times. They keep asking for 3 weeks of time and that goes on. They clearly have intent of not providing the money and to benefit from the unclaimed amount. This is just nothing but cheating. The day I talked with HDB person louder, I got flooded with OTPs from various sources. Not really sure if they did it, but I am not ina situation to take things so positive. This misuse of my phone number and data. This is a serious concern. There is not automation.

Extremely disappointing experience with the HDB Financial Services app and customer service.The app itself is poorly designed, difficult to navigate, and provides very limited support for important requests such as loan foreclosure. Basic services that should be straightforward are unnecessarily complicated and lack transparency.We have been trying to obtain a foreclosure statement for our loan account despite having funds ready to close the loan immediately. However, even after multiple emails, reminders, and follow-ups with their team, there has been no proper response or clear timeline provided.Different departments provide contradictory information and there is no accountability or resolution. This ongoing delay is causing us financial loss every single day.For a financial institution of this scale, such poor digital infrastructure and customer support is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase the company repeatedly just to close their own loan.

This app stops on every step of payment and then you will have to restart th app again and again. After making payment, it stuck and continue to appear saying “please wait while your transaction is being processed”.Before the automatic payment deduction date they warn to please maintain the balance in your account and before almost one weak when I put the money in the account they don’t deduct the EMi and again I received a massage that your EMI is bounced and XYZ amount has been charged for that even I have paid manually on the day after the EMI date.Worst experience.

HDB are you living in 1990s?? there is no online option to pay back the loan, we can close only visiting the branch??I raised ticket multiple times to give a solution as I can’t visit branch, requested multiple times to give an online option, but never received positive response, no matter what I should visit branch it seems. This is pathetic service from HDB asking me to visit branch taking time out from my schedule. Please close your organisation if you cannot provide basic facilities, do not cause trouble to people and waste their time and money.
