Dear Fitbit, I’m experiencing weird issues on my Fitbit app 1. The tabs present at the bottom of app have changed instead of notifications tab it’s showing account and instead of community tab it’s showing friends.2. Inside friends tab it’s showing 7 day steps and messages instead of notifications and messages.3. When trying to post my dashboard on feeds that option is also unable to share my dashboard instead it’s showing sharing options with other media like messaging, Whatsapp etc. 4. Sync is also not working properly tracker (Charge 2 in my case) shows more steps on its display, but when I sync it to app all the steps are gone. Yesterday’s steps were 15k but after sync they became 320 only 🤢🤮.I don’t know whether it’s a Fitbit issue or an iPhone issue. However I have tried reinstalling app many times as well as resetting iPhone twice, but unfortunately neither of it helped fix anything.I’m quite frustrated at the moment I humbly request you that please look into this issue at the earliest and get it resolved Anticipating a quick resolution.Thanks.
It's a good app but disappointing as many issues remain unaddresses

I have been using Fitbit Versa for many years now. I even have taken the premium plan. It's a good watch with some good tracking abilities. The app is good too. However some shortcomings haven't been fixed for long time. I have already chatted with their support team multiple times.1. Can't initiate support conversation from the app. It always shows that support team is offline, and advises to reach during business hours. However the support is 24/7 available if I go via website route, by going through login and a complicated picture selection puzzle! They could not simply fix the in app support!2. SPO2 needs a special clock face. The support team says that we need to wear SPO2 face for entire day. But it calculated only during sleep. The SPO2 clock face is not very useful. But its ok, I can wear it at night. But I often forget to do some nights and then there is no reading on this nights! Either SPO2 should be available on all clock faces, or there shoukd be a way to set an automated schedule to changes clock faces.3. Distance measurement on the excercise screens. Earlier I used to get the distance graphs. But now I don't get them at all. I walk with phone in my pocket, bluetooth connected, fitbit app running all time and still no help. The support team hasn't been very useful than saying that they are working on to fixes.! Quite disappointing experiences.
A humble request and appreciation from a fitbit fan.

Hi there,First of all hats off to the whole fitbit team for making such an exceptional innovative & pioneer fitness devices and app.And With fitbit sleep tracking a whole new frontier of health & fitness has opened thanks to you guys.I have some request and suggestion for the app from which i think me and millions of people around the globe can have benefit from certain module which can be implemented:1. Monitoring & Module for helping in Sleep disorders like sleep apnea.2. Monitoring & creating module for helping in different arrythmia’s.3. Emergency auto call/message in case of a cardiac arrest.4. Food intake databases: I think its too much on the plate in this segment but based on different geographic locations the database is too large but it can be solved if more local calorie counter data apps from different geographically locations like “healthify me “from india which i belongs from can be imported (right now the fitbit only supports exporting data).Hope it helps.Yours faithfully,Ankit PaneriThank you

Watches are all about good sensors and beautiful watch faces to add up to attire. Rest its the smartness of app that keep product going. I like Fitbit by the information it shows But I would like to point out some shortcomings I am facing1. Scooter ride is taken as Bike ride or cycle ride. After some amount of google and some help from community I came across app called DriveBit. But it is not at all practical to use. I have to search app and than maintain toggle, struggle ended up not using it. There no point in removing phone from pocket. Atleast a widget for IOS would have help. But I still think its not useful. Instead there could be a drive mode toggle on watch. This would be more accessible. 2. NotificationI cannot clear notification some time it keeps on giving same notification. Also when I dismiss notification on watch it must dismiss from phone too3. Some watch faces can be cached so that it could be applied quickly. From my past experience some hand picked watch faces easily available is very satisfying. I am not even able to short list some. 4. App is reactive but feels heavy, too much screen flashing5. Widget for water logging
