I recently got a call from Bajaj for OD and they have given few details on that based on the discussion I have submitted all my documents, later they have processed the documents and I got a call from credit department and they clearly told they will not give the amount what initial agent was confirmed and the amount disbursement and the amount initially offererwas different so I told them I don't want loan. The guy who called me and yelling me that why I said no to credit team. Worst part is , he is telling I should say yes to everything what credit team say but later he ll sanction what was committed. How that's possible. Later the agent was yelling at me that I have wasted his time and also he told me that he will make sure he will teach me a lesson , so people beg do not share your details to Bajaj market people . They are froud. I ll also file complaint against them in RBI

Worst Application and Fraud and Cheaters

I took an OD loan from bajaj for around 30 lakhs, starting from the loan processing till we get the loan credit everything they promise they change the words, initially they promise less interest rate to make you send documents and then later they dont fail to stand on their promise and then they increase the interest rate, they also promise cash back… their cash back process also not smooth, this app has lot of bugs.First they said you will receive cash back on to your bank, but later they said you will receive scratch card, to receive a scratch card also there is a huge delay, after calling them many times once you receive the scratch card then another issue that scratch card dont work, you try to scratch the card but it show server issue again you will have to call them and get the issue fixed but they again take weeks time to fix it, and finally when the scratch works and receive the cash into your app wallet, here comes another issue when you try to withdraw the cash to your bank, by using all the methods (upi, bank account) nothing works because the next screen shows you dont have wallet balance, but when you click on wallet it shows the baalnce… then you will realise what a funny and blunder company Bajaj fianance is.Dont ever take their services better take Tata OD or any other banks personal loans.

These guys are there to harass you and irritate you. Sent me a message on Friday that money will not be deducted on Sunday but next working day which is Monday. Then they charge for bounce charges on Sunday morning. Then when it bounces, the very next day they hire Shree Krishna Collection Agency. These guys will come to your home, create a scene and harass you. The payment plan is decent but don’t think these guys are helpful looking at it. The way they do business should be illegal, and would be in developed nations. And I would honestly file a case against these guys and their collection agents as they harass not only you but others as well. The indian government does not care about its citizens and that is clear with the way these guys Bajaj, moneyview, kredit bee and navi loan are operating. The last loan offer I got despite having 700+ credit score is of 35%, which should be criminal. It’s better that whatever you think you need the money for, you give that up than deal with these money fleecers. Rude and threatening business and to get into any kind of agreement with these people is regrettable. If you are reading this, please don’t even download this app. Written by a good samaritan.

This app is in Appstore, means its developed for iDevices. But its not that optimised. Everytime it asks for OTP. There are login options like m-pin and Biometric login, but none of those works. It asks for mobile number everytime you login, OTP Comes, after you login, it asks for enabling or disabling m-pin and touch ID. When you make any change, it again asks for OTP. Here's the big issue... If you enter the OTP, nothing happens. Neither it goes forward nor reject the OTP. It remains the same, counting down the time for OTP. After the time ends, it asks for OTP again. Nothing happens. All you have to do is, skip the step and login. There doesn't the story end, if you want to login again after some time, the process starts with entering mobile number and asking OTP. I would never use this kind of app if I had any alternative. Actually I adjust with MobiKwik wallet app mostly for just tracking information. But having dedicated app, and doesn't work properly... It's annoying. Developer please address this issue.
