Good and bad
This app is in Appstore, means its developed for iDevices. But its not that optimised. Everytime it asks for OTP. There are login options like m-pin and Biometric login, but none of those works.
It asks for mobile number everytime you login, OTP Comes, after you login, it asks for enabling or disabling m-pin and touch ID. When you make any change, it again asks for OTP. Here's the big issue... If you enter the OTP, nothing happens. Neither it goes forward nor reject the OTP. It remains the same, counting down the time for OTP. After the time ends, it asks for OTP again.
Nothing happens. All you have to do is, skip the step and login.
There doesn't the story end, if you want to login again after some time, the process starts with entering mobile number and asking OTP.
I would never use this kind of app if I had any alternative. Actually I adjust with MobiKwik wallet app mostly for just tracking information.
But having dedicated app, and doesn't work properly... It's annoying.
Developer please address this issue.

For security purposes we have OTP auto-read for Card Unblock, request you to make sure that you are using the app on the device which has the SIM of the mobile number registered with us. Need option to make drawdown from app
App is simple and easy to use. However all options available on Internet portal is not available. Due to this have to switch frequently between app and Internet portal. For example, there is no option to make a drawdown request in the app, for this I have to switch to Internet website. This is not a convenient way. I hope you will soon make the option available on the app as well.
Hectic service provided
I have paid the EMI dues before the due dates and on time payment, at the last month of Emi due I paid it before the due date ,but the funny and sarcasm here is the bajaj representative calls me and informed that your EMI is due and not made the payment. I gave them the receipt number of payment, they said it’s fine, again day after day I get call stating that emi is due. And suddenly one guy calls and states that you have paid the EMI before the due date so it will not get reflected. Is this a joke ?? Making payment before due dates is a sin or can’t be stored in such a big cloud platform for all the transactions made ??
And again today’s call was same
EMI payment is pending,
First the customer support guyz need to calm the customer in a respected manner.
They call us and start your emi is pending and didn’t pay( that, this , why and all ) before letting us speak.
I’m not gonna pay the EMI due again.
Some agent informed me that the recipes will be sent in email ID also, haven’t recieved so far.
