What an amazing app! I was anyway in love with Blissclub products but now that they have launched their app, the buying experience has gone up by multiple notches. Love their shop by size and shop by activity filters. 10/10 recommend.

Blissclub is fraud. Or their delivery parteners are committing fraud on the name of bliss club. Sanjeev kumar named person called me for the product I placed in exchange. Two pants were in exchange. The Blissclub had officially mailed me to pay 999/- for one of the pants. And I received the same message on my WhatsApp from Blissclub’s WhatsApp. Now that person said the delivery man is out for delivery. When you make the payment of 999/- he will deliver the pink straight pants light. The product Blissclub mailed me for. He said upon my payment he will return the payment on call within 2 minutes while staying on line. After I made the payment he said the return amount limit is 3000/- rs. So I have to pay 2,001/- rs more. When I denied to pay him that amount he refused to refund that 999/- amount as well. And upon firm refusal from my side he cut the call. And then the line was busy. All this because Blissclub mailed me to pay 999/- rs for that exchange product, that mail was from blissclub’s official mail ID. And after I made the exchange request on their website. Now my 999/- rs are lost. And their chatbot is not answering as well. The absolutely worst experience ever from the brand I thought I could trust. Never in my wildest dreams I thought I will ever expire such a thing from Blissclub. Not going back to their site for purchase. I recommend all to not purchase from their online store. And if you do purchase make sure there want be the need for refund or exchange of the product.

I placed an order and had to keep checking connecting with the team regarding the status of delivery, as it was constantly delayed, the team only responded by saying my order will be delivered “Soon”, After nearly a month since placing the order and constantly following up, I get the reply that it’s not delivered due to a logistics issue and that I should place a new order. I waited for my order for a month and I got a 2 line reply to my email. No courtesy, no alternative offered, I didn’t even get a call/message update about my order getting cancelled like that.

Blissclub has the worst customer service and undisclosed/unclear information regarding returns which is not clearly communicated to the customers. The team consistently makes mistakes and their customer service team tries to cover it up by harassing the customer with some internal SOP and neither giving the product nor refunding the money. They make old and loyal customers suffer who have been diligent about all of their clearly communicated policies so far. Lately, ordering from Blissclub is just sad and disappointing!
