Breathing exercises from Breathefree app has helped me improved my breathlessness. I am able to monitor my body vitals by syncing with Apple Health. I am able to set medicine reminders, track sleep and night awakening episodes, water intake.

I’ve had asthma for a long time. This app has helped me change my diet and exercise routine. Daily medicine reminders have helped a lot as I’ve never missed a dose since then. The app is very informative and very helpful.

Love this app. I had a lot of cough and chest pain. I downloaded this app, did exercises daily for 60 days and my chest pain is gone! The reminder feature is also awesome! I want more exercises & yoga on this app.
