It could help businesses stay informed about transactions and updates without constantly checking the app. This feature would improve efficiency and convenience, especially for busy merchants. As a practicing dentist who depends on timely delivery of materials, I’m extremely disappointed with Dentalkart’s service. My recent experience was nothing short of frustrating. I placed an order on the 4th, and as of today, it’s still delayed — just like previous orders. Delays seem to be a pattern with Dentalkart, not an exception.Even worse, one of my previous orders was cancelled by Dentalkart itself after it had already reached the local delivery office — late, of course. Imagine the inconvenience of waiting for essential dental supplies for days, only to have the order sent back without any proper explanation or apology.This kind of unreliable and careless service is unacceptable, especially in a field like dentistry where time and preparedness are critical. There’s a huge disconnect between the promises made and the actual service delivered. Poor logistics, no proactive updates, and no accountability.Dentalkart seriously needs to improve its delivery operations, customer support responsiveness, and reliability. If you can’t guarantee timely delivery, don’t commit to it. Dental professionals deserve better than this.Not recommended unless you are okay with uncertainty, delays, and risking your clinical workflow.

I recently started a new business and encountered an issue with the payment receiving limit of my account. Initially, the limit was ₹10,000, which increased to ₹2 lakh after completing KYC. However, after two months, due to lower usage, the daily receiving limit was reduced to ₹40,000 without any prior notice or consultation.When I contacted customer care, they advised me to receive ₹40,000 daily for a week and then redo the KYC process to increase the limit. They also mentioned that if business activity remains low, this process may need to be repeated frequently.This lack of transparency and constant fluctuation in limits is frustrating and impacts my business operations. What’s the point of completing KYC if the limit keeps changing so frequently? The agent casually asks you to transfer ₹250 under the name of “normal KYC,” but in reality, that money gets quietly siphoned off into a SoundPod subscription you never asked for. And when you try to get help? Absolutely no accountability. Customer care just shrugs it off saying “once debited, it’s non-refundable.”This isn’t just misleading — it’s outright exploitation. The very systems meant to make digital payments safe are being used to fool people in plain sight. How is this even allowed? Where is the transparency? Where is the responsibility?This is exactly how trust in digital platforms gets destroyed — not by outsiders, but by the system itself
