Service is pathetic

The Mahindra guys look clueless in most cases. The app shows scheduled pick up while i never opt for that. During servicing i ask them to do certain things and at the end i see its not done. This is my 4th Mahindra car. but i prefer not to go to authorised service centres. The consumables are charged at 50% more than the market price. The labour charges are too much. Unnecessary replacements at every service.

I recently booked a vehicle through the app, and one of the main features that influenced my decision was the ability to track my booking. However, after completing the booking, the “Track Vehicle” option simply isn’t available, despite it being shown in the app’s screenshots and description. This is not only misleading but incredibly frustrating, especially when there are frequent updates that don’t seem to address this issue. Instead of fixing the core functionalities, the updates feel irrelevant and don’t improve the user experience. It’s disappointing to see such basic features missing in an app that’s meant to keep customers informed about such an important purchase

Already am going through a very disappointing and dissatisfying customer experience with Mahindra after buying XUV 700 AX5 , and it seems highly suspicious that I got a message that my verified mobile number has changed. When I tried to login it said the mobile number has changed. There was a message which said to call customer care if it wasn’t done by me. I tried calling the customer care but it said all the lines were busy a customer care executive will soon answer your call but I waited for 15 minutes straight and understood that it was just a waste of time and had to cut the call. I have lost trust in this app and Mahindra.

Why do they have puc option. Instead they cound have given us gps system in the app. For example: if u have parked your car in a mall and forgot which floor the car is parked. In that case we can easily find the car. Its a must have function in the app, tata nexon has it. I think you should also have that feature. You also have fuel station showing nearby fuel station. We have mobile to see that. Developer must come up with this fuction in the app. Few things need to be changed. Rest app is good.
