Swiggy Snacc is amazing! I wanted to test its 15-minute promise, so I ordered Kai Kuthu Idiyappam with Kozhi Kurma—you know, the one where every single string of idiyappam is hand-pressed and needs to be steamed perfectly while the kurma simmers for hours. And guess what? They delivered it in 15 minutes! I’m starting to think they have an Amma Army stationed at every street corner or maybe a time machine in the kitchen. Either way, respect! Snacc, you’re faster than my grandmother’s slipper when I was late for dinner.

Swiggy Snacc is amazing! Terrible packaging and quality of food

I used to love snacc, especially the cheese masala maggi but lately they are messing it up cinematically, the packaging is terrible, always having spillage issues and dont even get me started on the quality of food, maggi is extremely soggy, bland, watery and overcooked. Once or twice is okay but this has become regular now and every single time i report the issue, their team will say we are sorry that you had to experience this, here, take a 14rs coupon, coupon for what, to order the same thing again and have it worse? Fix your packaging and cooking and most importantly the support team. I have deleted this stupid app, gave it multiple chances but the quality just kept getting worse and worse.

Only one thing I want to say is for all my and other people orders keep up with coupons and delivery chargers that you are doing right now .please, I don’t want it to be like another Swiggy or zomato where the offer is only for new users and after that u do not even care so ya keeping high hope on u SNACC don’t♥️ let us downI was wrong to write this above review this is same as Swiggy and zomato only frst 3 order were given within 20 min now i am waiting for my order from more than 30 min not gud
