i have always been someone who likes doing things by myself - be it finding deals, booking best restaurants for dates or holidays. I installed CREW trying to understand how it helps as i was hearing about it through my friends. a couple of ways it made my life easier was just by lightening the load of what was to be done by gracefully taking ownership of life activities apart from work and that is what i believe is going to get them big. i wish them all the luck and i hope i keep snagging those deals always hahaha

There are rare moments in history when a product is so uniquely bad that it almost deserves recognition for the achievement. Crew is one of them. You are operating in a travel market already overflowing with travel agents, agencies, MakeMyTrip, Cleartrip and countless other options. There is practically zero white space. In that environment, the bare minimum requirement for survival should be exceptional service. Somehow, Crew has managed to deliver exactly the opposite.Every travel requirement I have used Crew for has been sub-par, to put it mildly. But bad execution is not even the biggest problem. Mistakes happen. What is far worse is the refusal to acknowledge them, the unwillingness to listen to basic logic, and the exhausting experience of trying to get anyone to take ownership. So, congratulations: in an already overcrowded industry, you have somehow managed to create one of the worst service experiences I have encountered. You have already pivoted once—from personal concierge to travel concierge. Perhaps it is time to pivot once more: roll over and please die.I have almost never gone out of my way to write a negative review about a company, but Crew has carved out a special place in my heart. The experience has been so consistently bad that it is genuinely seared into my memory.Even if Crew starts giving away golden eggs for free, I will never use the service again. More than that, I will actively discourage anyone I know from using it, and I will do everything reasonably within my capacity to make sure they don’t have to experience what I did.Need I say more?

CREW has become my go-to app for so many things. Whether it’s arranging a small delivery across the city, finding thoughtful gift options for my mother, or even helping me host my mom’s birthday party, the team always understands exactly what I need and executes it perfectly. What I love most is how much time it saves me. Instead of coordinating with multiple vendors or spending hours searching for the right gift, I can rely on CREW to handle everything seamlessly. It makes life so much easier!

I’m a crew addict. Here are some of the things I have gotten done. Forgot my wife’s birthday present, they sent someone to Phoenix to buy something, gift wrap it and have it delivered at the restaurant before we arrived. Helped book a 15 Seater vehicle in the middle of nowhere on the outskirts of Bangalore at a moment’s notice to take us to a music festival. Got me in Naru and plenty restaurants like that. A concierge service is as good as your imagination. So it’s upto you to find value.
