Bill hub
Worst experience with the Bill Hub iPhone Recharge app. I added money to my wallet for a recharge, but during the transaction the app suddenly asked for KYC verification. The recharge was not completed, and my money has still not been refunded. Customer support has also been unhelpful and slow to respond. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would advise others to be cautious before adding funds to this app.

I tried to recharge of 509 on my number, money was deducted from my card and no recharge was done when i complaint about it they put 496 in my wallet which is of no use for me . Either they should tefund the transaction or recharge my no with 509/- why you put money in the wallet and if you put why you put 496/- where is remaining 13 rupee????? Apple app store should remove app like this right away. This is a fraud app.

We understand your concern and would like to clarify the situation.The ₹509 recharge failed, so the amount was reversed to your BillHub wallet as per standard process.Please note that Credit Card (CC) and PPI transactions are chargeable, and applicable service charges were deducted, which is why ₹496 was credited instead of ₹509.These charges are clearly mentioned in the app's terms and conditions.Wallet balance can be reused for future recharges or services available in the app.
