As a fast-food aficionado, I recently ventured into the world of KFC to satisfy my cravings for some finger-lickin' good chicken. Here's my take on the experience: First impressions matter, and KFC nailed it with their inviting aroma of herbs and spices wafting through the air as soon as I walked in. For App - many a times it doesn’t work sometimes an item cannot be added or an offer cannot be applied and calling toll free or restaurant doesn’t help as well as they say you have to do it through app. If something is out of stock then don’t show it in app and if I am not able to add anything from app I should be able to order by calling the toll free or restaurant Food - Many a times food quality is not ok, and we have to depend on giving feedback calls, that should not be the case actually, I see different quality in KFC Noida and Greater Noida which should not be the case as thats the point of having a brand that quality would not be location specific Customer Care - this has happened to me quite a few times, telling these to customer care is like repeating everything to a wall, no action taken by anyone yet, they simply say we cannot do anything for app not working, not able to order, I am a regular customer living at same place but many a times when i call customer care and ask them to place the order which btw they say they cannot, they take my location and just say you place is out of the area that we deliver, and I am like you guys use to deliver from past 5 years what happened now Hope someone from Kfc is looking in comments and get these things sorted as it frustrates customers alot

I am writing this review only because or kfc chakrata road dehradun branch. The dont respect their coustomer. I am a big fan of kfe and I use to go there always and sometime I order it through kfc app. that is our nearest kfc restaurent. But If I have a problem regarding food they never help us never . I orderd ultimate saving bucket from my brither's account . They sent us incomplete order . We complaint about it nobody helped us. Even they did not call us . after some time we called delver partner he said that he will tell them abiut it. But He also did not call us . We called delivery parner 3..4 times then he picked us our phone and then he talked to them about that and resturent people is saying that he has sent complete order. then we told them again nd again after 20..30 min they sent us our remaing items and they sent remaining item very disrespectfully they sent very bad Pieces . and they did not say us sorry or nothing. Really It is very bad behaviour this is the way a coustomer should be treated. Gonna delete the kfc app just because of this branch nd also post about it on social media so that people will also aware of this unmannered behaviour

Horrible Experience – Never Going Back to KFC!I can’t even begin to describe how awful my recent visit to KFC was. The experience was so bad, it almost feels like a prank. First off, the staff was incredibly rude, as if they were doing me a favor by even taking my order. No smiles, no greeting—just a grumpy stare and an annoyed sigh. I felt like I was inconveniencing them simply by being there.The food? Don't even get me started. The chicken was cold, greasy, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. It was dry, flavorless, and had an odd, stale aftertaste that made me wonder if it had been reheated multiple times. The mashed potatoes? A sad, soupy mess. They had no flavor whatsoever and the gravy was more like water with a hint of salt. The biscuit? If you could even call it that—more like a brick of dough with no taste or texture.Overall, this was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I left hungry, disgusted, and with a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively). I wouldn't recommend this KFC to anyone. Ever. If you value your taste buds and your sanity, stay far, far away.
